Michael V. Griffin, PE

Mike Griffin performs, directs and oversees the management of construction programs and projects and performs, directs and oversees the analysis of claims at Hill International. Previous positions at Hill include Vice President, Project Director, Managing Consultant, and Consultant.

He is a registered professional engineer in four states, with a bachelors and masters degree in Civil Engineering from Villanova University. He also earned a MBA from LaSalle University.

He was Resident Engineer on the commuter rail tunnel project, and project manager for several transportation related projects while at the Department of Public Property, City of Philadelphia. Also as a Transportation Engineer for Philadelphia ’76, Inc., he developed preliminary plans for Bicentennial projects including transportation services and parking facilities.

Mike is a member of the National Board of Directors for the Construction Management Association of America and is a Certified Mediator with the American Arbitration Association. He is also a member of the American Public Transportation Association and American Society of Civil Engineers.

He was named the 2003 Philadelphia Civil Engineer of the Year by the Philadelphia Section of the American Society of Civil Engineers and was Chapter President of Tau Beta Pi Engineering Honor Society.
