Philadelphia's Infrastructure: A Pathway to Jobs, Economic Development and Sustainability

Philadelphia City Councilman Kenyatta Johnson has extended an invitation to the members of the Engineers' Club to join him at his forum: Philadelphia's Infrastructure: A Pathway to Jobs, Economic Development and Sustainability. The forum will be Friday, March 22, 2013, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM

at The Navy Yard, Building 101-4747 South Broad Street

The noon Luncheon Keynote Speaker will be Hon. Edward G. Rendell

The forum will feature two panels focusing on aviation, energy, ports, tolls/roads and wind energy. The panels will highlight current agency plans and projects specific to the region that have spurred economic development and job creation. Also, the forum will discuss other related success stories in different regions of the country where infrastructure improvement have created innovative public and private partnership programs that allow for private investments.
