Panelists:
William Robinson, PE, PMP is Process Engineering Department Manager at KBR. He has over 30 years of experience in the chemical and refining industries and is currently involved in projects to achieve carbon neutral energy production.
Suzette Schultz has 36 years of pharmaceutical operations experience, most recently as Senior Global Project Manager for AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals. She has worked at both the plant and corporate level and has been involved in every aspect of operations from manufacturing to global product launches and distribution.Currently, she serves on several non-profit boards: Girls Inc of Delaware (Board President), AIChE DVS (Awards Committee Chair), Penn State Chemical Engineering IPAC Committee (member) and Penn State Engineering Alumni Society (member).
Samantha Winterburn is a 2016 Chemical Engineering graduate of Rowan University. She is the Contract Manufacturing Manager and Process Development Engineer at INOLEX, a Philadelphia, PA based cosmetic ingredients manufacturer with manufacturing operations in Charlotte, NC. Samantha is responsible for scale-ups at customer sites internationally and in the US, and coordinates scale ups of new products in-house.
