WTS Philadelphia Programs Committee presents

MODAL SHIFT:

How Trail Use is Gaining Momentum During the Pandemic

The pandemic has caused changes in bicycle and pedestrian activity around the globe, including the Greater Philadelphia region.

Essential workers have opted to walk and bike to get to work. Our trails and parks have seen increased use for exercise, recreation, and simply appreciating the beauty of nature. At the same time, some historically bustling commercial, business, and tourist districts are experiencing a decline in use.

Join us for a panel of regional trail experts as WTS Philadelphia discusses changes to bicycle and pedestrian activity in Greater Philadelphia and what it could mean for the future.
