Mr. Early’s focus at Gilbane Development Company is managing and expanding public private partnership initiatives nationwide. Darin is currently serving as Principal-in-Charge for Prince George’s County Public Schools, a first-of-its-kind alternative construction financing delivery approach for U.S. schools which will deliver six new schools for over 8,000 students in Prince George’s County, Maryland. With 20 years of experience in real estate and investment, he has served in several leadership roles including President and COO of the Rhode Island Commerce Corporation, a government entity responsible for investing in and growing Rhode Island’s economy. As an Executive Vice President at JLL, Early advised regional and national clients on complex real estate investments and development projects across multiple property types, including the World Trade Center redevelopment, and disposition of the Hudson Yards in Manhattan. Mr. Early holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with majors in Finance and Commercial Real Estate from The George Washington University.
