Tookany/Tacony-Frankford Watershed Tree Planting

Join us in planting native perennials, trees, and shrubs along a spring-fed tributary to Jenkintown Creek, which flows through a restored wetland. These plantings will help reduce water temperature and filter it before entering Jenkintown Creek.It will also provide a habitat for a number of native species.

Please wear sturdy shoes and clothes that you don’t mind getting wet or dirty.Refillable water bottles are encouraged!Pizza will be provided!
