The Downtown Dover Partnership has worked over the past year to develop a Master Plan on transforming Delaware's Capital City by 2030. Come hear about the implementation of the plan and what's next for Dover.
Please join for a roundtable discussion on the implementation of Downtown Dover Partnership’s Master Plan. This includes current and upcoming development opportunities, infrastructure updates, and their Capital Improvement Grant Program.
They currently have an open RFQ for a development project and Expression of Interest for Contractors. Additional opportunities will become available.
