Hello VFS Philadelphia!
We are pleased to announce our next dinner meeting on Wednesday April 17th at the Emerald Room in Philadelphia! We will hear two presentations: one from the United States Naval Academy Rotorcraft Students on their Capstone Work, as well as a presentation on European Rotorcraft Developments by Jim McLaughlin, Director - Technology & Innovation, Leonardo Helicopters. Special thanks to the National Defense Industrial Association Delaware Valley Chapter (NDIA DVC) for sponsoring this meeting!
Additionally, VFS Philadelphia is still matching charitable donations to the Vertical Flight Foundation. We will be accepting donations via cash and check (separate from the ticket cost of the meeting) at this event! Please bring a check made out to “Vertical Flight Foundation” to the dinner meeting. We will also match cash donations but we cannot provide receipts for charitable tax deductions made in cash. If you decide to donate directly to the VFF online via credit card, please send a copy of your receipt to treasurer@vfsphilly.org and it will be eligible for our special match!
We ask that you please RSVP by Thursday, April 11th. When you RSVP, please indicate whether you are a VFS member, provide the name of any guest(s), and provide your intended payment method.
