Women often put their own needs last but putting yourself first can help you thrive. Join us for an empowering seminar to put your self-care and health first with Abigail Gabriel, BSN, RN from the University of Pennsylvania’s Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner Program. We will discuss the importance of preventive and consistent care, as well as what you can do for yourself outside the office. All attendees will be entered in a giveaway bundle by Perelel Health, a Women’s Health focused brand. Register now to secure your spot! In-person attendance is preferred, however a virtual option will be provided as well.
