Back to the Basics: The Use of Pronouns

William Shakespeare wrote, “What’s in a name? That which we call a rose, by any other name, would smell just as sweet.” Your pronouns are as unique as your fingerprints and as important as your name, they represent who you are and assist in understanding and distinguishing people. Depending on your familiarity with using different pronouns it may feel confusing or hard to know where to begin. Attend this virtual session to learn about the basics of pronoun use, how to respectfully ask someone their pronouns, best practices, and how to be a supportive ally.
