The dinner meeting will feature a presentation "Load Test Drilled Displacement Piles in Difficult Conditions: The Jane Hotel Project, Manhattan NY" by Mr. Glenn R Santulli, P.E. of GRL Engineers, Inc.
This presentation will review the load test program performed for the historic building. Due to the project limitations, GRL Engineers used the APPLE 7-2G model which allowed for a dynamic load test on the helical piles in place of static load test.
Glenn R. Santulli, P.E. is a project engineer at GRL Engineers, Inc. Glenn has over 10 years of industry experience in deep foundations.
