This Short Course will provide a very practical and very useful understanding of the ‘inherent’ difference between Leadership & Management. It’ll be introduced in such a way that these skills can be applied immediately at any career level where individuals are expected to perform in Leadership or Management (L&M) Roles.
Specific characteristics of highly effective Leaders & Managers will be provided and discussed as well as characteristics of ‘not so effective’ individuals in leadership & management positions. Tried and true Leadership & Management practical (not theoretical) Models will be introduced and discussed.
