Carol Martsolf, PE, PMP, CPTD, LEED AP, F. ASCE
Carol Martsolf graduated from Temple University with a bachelor’s in civil engineering and worked her first job as an entry-level designer at a consulting firm before making her way to Urban Engineers. Now with 28 years of experience as a professional engineer, she has advanced her career and is a vice president and chief learning officer. Beyond just her position, she is involved in numerous organizations and has taken on leadership roles, including being the chair of MOSAIC, the diversity committee for the American Society of Civil Engineers. Carol is also on the WTS International Committee on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, on the DEI committee for the Delaware County Sustainability Commission, co-chair of the DEI subcommittee for a school in her neighborhood, and she earned a DEI certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from Cornell University, a rigorous 8-week program.
Having had personal professional success, Carol now enjoys assisting her fellow employees and clients pursue success and expand their knowledge through the training institute. As someone who values mentoring and was fortunate to have many mentors herself, Carol is very happy to now be that individual for others.She cares deeply about her students and the opportunities that Urban Training Institute provides, including professionally experienced instructors, an interactive experience both online and in-person, networking connections, and a learning community that continues to thrive even after the class is over.
