First, we will have a brief overview of what makes the ideal mentor/protege and how SMPS Philly will be supporting Mentorship Pairs for the 2022-2023 season.

Second, we will dive into a speed networking session when you will have a few minutes to meet a participant and scope out who you might want to work with this year.

Afterwards, you will complete the Mentorship Program Interest Form and you can list individuals you would be interested in pairing with for a mentorship.

Even if you aren't sure about a mentorship, this is a great opportunity to network either way!
