Are you an architect, engineer or other person who or which prepares a drawing for a construction, or other projects which requires excavation or demolition work in Pennsylvania? Then you are considered a Designer under the PA Underground Utility Line Protection Act 287 as Amended (Pennsylvania 811 Law). This one-hour program will explain the Designer obligations under the Pennsylvania 811 Law including SUE requirements. A complimentary lunch will be served starting at 11:30AM, program to start at 12:00PM, preregistration is required. This course is equal to 1 PDH for Professional Engineering Training.
